With more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in helping individuals — including first responders and veterans — heal from trauma and find lasting resilience. In addition to EMDR, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a cutting-edge and highly effective approach for clients struggling with trauma, depression, and treatment-resistant conditions. This combination of trauma-informed therapy and innovative treatment creates opportunities for deep healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and EMDR Certified therapist in Colorado. My passion is working with people whose lives have been shaped by trauma, PTSD, or substance use challenges. I have extensive experience supporting first responders — who carry unique burdens from the work they do.

My desire to coach is born out my personal struggle that lasted over 2 decades. Triumph came slowly and with significant costs. I never wanted sobriety as I thought drinking was something that was mine and something I could control. It ended up controlling me, but the key for me was the mental health issues that were uncovered with clinical work, which was treatable. I surrendered to a version of me I didnt know or trust. A spiritual transformation began - with values - and all of a sudden there was more time to live.
As a 2 time NCAA Men's Basketball Champion, European Professional, and a 12 year pro coaching career - I know the importance of Values, Standards, and Teamwork. I know what it's like to overcome challenges on life’s biggest stage - If you are willing to commit to yourself and to your team, your best days are right ahead of you.
